Using compassionate harm reduction approaches, the program supports clients to reach their health and wellness goals. We focus on possibilities rather than constraints to provide tailored care within the context of people’s lives, choices, communities and circumstances. Our approach recognizes a person’s physical, mental, cultural and social well-being as fundamental components of wellness, and we work with clients to identify and intervene with emerging health issues.
